For a long time, Gaël Bonnefon titled all of his images About Decline . A body of photographs spanning more than 10 years, which pays tribute to the beauty of the banal and everyday. He explores its interstices, between visible and invisible, where ordinary life reveals its dark sides. A work that evolves over the years but whose writing retains the same consistency: here, the landscapes (waterfalls, forests or large deserted areas ...) vibrate with the same force and the same intensity as the scenes or portraits of worn-out people , exhausted, out of breath, but very much alive.
