We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days. However, new arrivals or recently restocked titles may have extended shipping times. Preorders will be ship when they are available. Shipping times may vary from posted estimated shipping window. All orders containing the preorder title will ship when all books are available.
Please note that by placing an order, you are acknowledging this, and if a title in your order is not available to ship immediately, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges issued by the customer after an order (or preorder) has been placed and/or received.
We collect and pre-pay IOSS and VAT taxes for our customers for their respective EU member countries. However,sometimes there are additional taxes levied due to errors by customs agents. We will questsion these charges but ultimatily all additional customs charges and taxes levied by customs authorities must be borne by the recipient.
