Shipping times may vary from posted estimated shipping window. All orders containing the preorder title will ship when all books are available.
Please note that by placing an order, you are acknowledging this, and if a title in your order is not available to ship immediately, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges issued by the customer after an order (or preorder) has been placed and/or received.
